- Signing The Purchase Agreement - The agreement details the location and design of
your new Oster home, and locks in the price.
- Financing - Oster Homes’
close relationships with leading
financial institutions enable you to
select the mortgage option that suits
your specific needs best, not a
builder-based lending partner.
- Review & Approval of Your Plans - Once they meet your satisfaction.
- Construction Permits - Application process usually takes 10-30 business days
depending on the city.
- Selections - You'll have two appointments with our
professional interior designers to experience all of the color and option choices
we have to offer.
- Pre-Construction Meeting - Meet with the Field Superintendent responsible for
the construction of your new home
- Ground Breaking / On-Site Visits - All visits to your homesite will be scheduled with your
Field Superintendent or New Home Consultant.
- Electrical Walk-Thru - One of Oster's select electrical contractors will contact
you to schedule an on-site visit to walk your home for visual placement of electrical
outlets and fixtures.
- Mechanical Walk-Thru - Your Field Superintendent will contact you for an on-site visit
to assure your satisfaction prior to drywall installation.
- Quality Standard Inspection (QSI) -
An inspection of your home to ensure all
quality standards are met prior to your
New Home Orientation.
- New Home Orientation - We'll show you how everything works in your new home... as well
as its proper care and maintenance.
- Closing - Congratulations! The day you have been waiting for is here!
- Post-Closing - As part of our Quality Assurance Program, we'll give you a
90-day and an 11-month checklist to return to us. Our "best in the business" 10 year
warranty protects your new home investment.
